How Do I Return/Exchange Product?
All Sales are final. Howevever we will normally exchange previously sold cartridges for other products we sell. This service is meant for the customer who's equipment has died and they have extra cartridges that are still in warranty and still in a marketable condition. There is a 15% restocking fee deducted before the credit is placed in your customer file to be used with future purchases.
